1. Using the portal
The ALS MARKETS portal provides access to your profile, wallet, requests and linked trading accounts. Operations on linked MT5 accounts and payment requests may execute in real accounts. Check the selected account and amount before confirming.
2. Accurate details and phone verification
I confirm that my details are accurate and that I am authorized to use the supplied phone number and email. I agree to receive a verification code on WhatsApp. Registration requires the correct code. Phone verification is not identity verification. Email verification is not currently enabled.
3. Account security
I keep passwords, verification codes and recovery codes private. I can enable two-factor authentication in my profile. I contact the company promptly if I suspect unauthorized access.
4. Identity checks and account permissions
Before administrative approval of identity verification, customers may deposit and open one trading account. Withdrawals and other restricted operations require verification. The administrator sets the account limit after verification.
5. Deposits, withdrawals and transfers
Wallet balances and requests are recorded in USD. Manual deposits and withdrawals require administrative review. Automatic USDT deposits credit the confirmed net amount after fees once. Transfers out of a trading account require sufficient balance and free margin. A submitted request is not proof of execution; follow its status and reference in your activity history.
6. Trading risk
Derivatives and leveraged trading carry significant risks and may not be suitable for every investor. Professional clients may lose more than their initial investment. Derivatives do not confer ownership of the underlying asset. Past performance does not indicate future results. General information does not consider your individual circumstances or objectives. Understand the risks and review the company documents before trading.
7. Data and records
Registration details, verification status, the accepted terms version and acceptance time are retained even if phone verification is incomplete, to follow up on registration and related communications. Requests, documents and account records are retained to administer and review activity. Access is limited to the customer and authorized staff according to their permissions.
